Rob Zombie recently spent time in the studio working on material for his next studio album. Zombie wrote in a May 2008 online posting, “Well, we have for the first time ever written more songs than we need for an album. Everything isn’t 100% finished, but everything is moving along great.”
Zombie’s next studio effort will follow up 2006’s “Educated Horses”, which was his third solo CD. He also released his first concert recording, “Zombie - Live”, late last year. Although he’s still apparently committed to making music, Zombie recently told Metal Edge magazine that the record labels are “dinosaurs waiting to die.”

Paul Stanley’s backing band is the house band from the CBS-TV show “Rock Star” — Paul Mirkovich (keyboards), Jim McGorman (guitar), Rafael Moreira (lead guitar), Nate Morton (drums) and Sasha Krivstov (bass). They appeared on the first — and so far only — two seasons of the show: “Rock Star: INXS” and “Rock Star: Supernova”.
“Live To Dream!” is an insider’s glimpse into the creative process of Paul Stanley and his concert film titled “One Live Kiss”, which was directed by filmmaker Louis Antonelli. The cameras shadow Antonelli as he works behind the scenes to capture Stanley’s solo performance in Chicago. Stanley’s back-up band for the tour is the house band featured on CBS-TV’s “Rock Star”.
“Live To Dream!” features interviews with Paul Stanley, Louis Antonelli, KISS manager Doc McGhee, band members Jimmy McGorman, Rafael Moreira and Nate Morton, as well as a dozen fans from the Chicago show.
Director D.P. Carlson shares producer, camera and editing credit with longtime collaborator Mike Weber. Brian Kobeluch created the graphics and animations.

I’ve been pimping Pirates II for so long that it’s about time something even more impressive grabbed my attention. And when his came in the mail with it’s higher than average quality packaging, I just knew it’d be a smoker!
Trust me on this one and just check out the trailer at:

Go on the track and behind the bleachers as two competitive roller derby teams (the Bitch N Moaners and the Pin-Ups) bend all the rules… And each other… in this full contact sport! The only new band that I like.
Wish I was there!
